Lelystad Airport is an airport covered by the Dutch ‘Regeling Veilig Gebruik Luchthavens en andere Terreinen (RVGLT, Safe Use of Airports and Other Sites Regulations)’.

Lelystad Airport has an Airport Operations Manual (Aerodrome Manual) describing the airport’s safety management system and its construction, layout, equipment and safe use.

The version of the Aerodrome Manual in force today is version 7.5.

A new updated edition of the manual is effective from 1 March 2024. On 29 February 2024, this new version 7.5, was shared with all aerodrome-based companies and organisations at the airport.
